Pattern glass is a decorative translucent flat glass featuring embossed patterns on one or both surfaces, manufactured through a specialized roll-out process. This versatile material is widely used in architectural applications including windows, doors, building facades, and furniture decoration.

The production process involves pressing patterned rollers onto the glass surface during cooling, creating unique textures and visual appeal. Available in both colorless and colored variants, pattern glass combines aesthetic appeal with functional performance.

The calender system consists of two main rollers with secondary rollers positioned above and below, forming the core equipment for pattern glass production. This system works in conjunction with transition roller tables to create a complete pattern forming solution.

During production, molten glass flows from the furnace through lip bricks into the space between upper and lower rollers. The hydraulic stretching action forms flat glass with precise thickness and surface patterns, which is then transported to annealing furnaces for thermal treatment.
