Natural Gas Fusing Soda Lime Industrial Glass Furnace 100tpd Capacity for Float and Container Glass Production
This industrial glass furnace is designed for efficient soda lime glass production with a capacity of 100 tons per day, utilizing natural gas fusing technology for optimal melting performance.
Glass is an amorphous inorganic nonmetallic material primarily composed of silicates. The melting process consists of five interconnected stages where each phase directly impacts the subsequent stage and final glass quality.
| Scale Type | Daily Capacity Range |
|---|---|
| Small Scale Furnace | Below 50 tons |
| Medium Scale Furnace | 50-150 tons |
| Large Scale Furnace | 150+ tons |
| Furnace Type | Production Applications |
|---|---|
| Flat Glass Furnace | Float glass, sheet glass, and figured glass production lines |
| Domestic Glass Furnace | Container glass, tableware glass, tube glass, and similar products |
- Glass melting section
- Heat source supply section
- Waste heat recovery section
- Gas supply and waste gas exhaust system
Melting Section: This area melts batched materials and homogenizes glass liquid, featuring a flame space above and melting tank below. Preheated air increases flame efficiency through burner ports.
Dog House: Entry point where batched materials feed into the furnace, with heat transfer occurring from flame space to glass liquid.
Cooling Section: Area for cooling and homogenization of glass liquid, serving as access for glass liquid distribution.
A properly designed melting technology system ensures normal daily production, contributing to high output, superior quality, low consumption, and extended furnace campaign life.
The system encompasses temperature control, pressure management, bubbling processes, glass liquid level monitoring, fuel optimization, and reversing systems.
Temperature: Refers specifically to melting tank temperature, with distribution maintained throughout the furnace length.
Pressure: Furnace pressure represents static pressure of the gas system, determined by pressure distribution curves.
Bubbling: Stable bubble shape and position are crucial indicators of melting performance, directly affecting production capacity and glass liquid quality.
