Moulds Dies Use to Produce Pipe Fittings Caps Reducer Elbow Mould
The mandrel for elbow hot forming machine comes with an ox horn shape, and is necessary during the hot forming process. Due to the special shape design, it enables diameter expanding while creating the bending.
When the pipe section passes through the mandrel, the mandrel will be hold firmly via a holding mechanism.Then, a trolley, which may be hydraulically driven or mechanically driven via leadscrews, will be available to push the pipe section to move along the mandrel.Outside the mandrel, there is an induction coil which serves to heat the pipe section. After thorough heating, the trolley further pushes the pipe section to unload it, and thus a pipe elbow is created.Elbow sizing dies are specialised in sizing the dimension of the elbows after its first hot forming, the specification of the dies could be up to 2 metes in diameter, and it could also be manufactured based on the customised requirement and sketch.
