The Problems and solutions that may be encountered during cutting:
1. A harsh sound is produced when cutting: the speed of the band saw is too fast or the feed is too large; the coolant is not selected properly or the ratio is not suitable; the guide block is too tight; there are hard blocks in the material;
Solution: reduce the speed or feed amount; change the coolant; adjust the clearance of the guide block; rotate the workpiece by a certain angle and cut again; reselect the tooth profile.
2. Miter cutting of sawn material: improper selection of tooth shape; improper adjustment of guide arm, table or jaw is not vertical; gap of guide block is too large; asymmetry of saw blade teeth; tension of saw band is insufficient;
The solution: choose a suitable Huntsman saw band; readjust the guide arm; readjust the gap between the guide block; replace the qualified saw blade; increase the tension; reduce the feed amount.
3. Saw belt is slippery or interrupts cutting: the feed is too large; the overload protection is small; the Huntsman saw belt has insufficient tension.
Solution: reduce the feed amount; increase the overload amount; increase the tension.
4. Tooth-cutting during cutting: the workpiece is not clamped; the feed is too large; the gear is too large: the feed is uneven; the saw blade joint is not straight and the beat
Solution: Re-clamping work; Reduce the feed rate; Use pinion; Check the speed control valve lift cylinder; Saw blade re-welding
5.The guide arm is too long
Solution: reduce the tension; re-weld; clamp the workpiece; replace the saw blade; reduce the feed; remove the corresponding length
6. When the machine is stopped, the saw frame is lowered: the solenoid valve is blocked and not in place; the cylinder piston wear gap is large
Solution: Remove and clean; replace the sealing ring
