4, sawing machine saponification liquid to be thickened, the cutting process saponification water outlet to be larger, chip should be removed in time, so as not to block the sawtooth, affect the cutting effect and saw life.

5, in the use of the process such as broken saw blade, re-install the new saw blade to not cut the steel to turn over and then cut, if not turned by the old saw seam to continue to cut the saw blade is easy to break again.The saw blade of big steel should choose a little bigger, small steel saw blade should choose a little smaller, generally broken saw blade should not be used in automatic sawing machine.

6. After every day's work, the band saw blade should be relaxed to improve its service life.Wipe the machine, keep the machine parts of cleanliness, improve the level of civilized production.
