Medium Frequency Power Source:
It is a modern Heating unit to provide whole bending machine's power energy. Choose different grades of IF depend on sizes of work pieces.
Clamp head:
Casting and precision machining. Hydraulic control used to clamp Work piece and leads the Work piece to formed Radius ,it is important part on tube bent machine.
Coil:
Coil gets interlaced magnetism lines from electric power source,not only heating of bent part, but also cooling work piece surface by recycling of cooling water from coil uniform holes.
Pump Station:
All of tube bent machine's hydraulic systems are integrated in this parts,with different pumps and valves to achieve to fast forward,return ,action open and close etc.
