1) Elbow range:OD:φ21mm~φ1420mm;wall thickness:3mm~120mm;

2) Angle:45°,90°,180° and random angle user demands

3) Elbow bending radius range:1D~2.5D

4) It can push kinds of bend pipes with different radius as required, also called unequal diameter bend.

2. Structure:equipment base and guide rail, main oil cylinder and support plate, active push plate, front support plate, loading mechanism, medium frequency coil adjustment mechanism ( medium frequency heating coil, elbow die, mould pull rod), medium frequency power supply heating mechanism, electric control system, hydraulic control system, operation desk , water cooling circulating system.

3. Auxiliary equipments: hydraulic press machine (for elbow shape correct use),pipe cutting machine (we have auto pipe cutting machine ) ,elbow beveling machine (have manual also auto beveling machine ),shot blasting machine . marking machine .
