Pressure former works with φ1800mm cylinder mold. All the parts contact with pulp is made with stainless steel, step diffuser headbox plate is made with 5mm stainless steel to ensure the rigidity, all the parts on step diffuser headbox contact with pulp, starching device and connecting pipes are with polishing treatment

Pressure former is equipped with pneumatic device, movable, convenient to clean

Beside general adjustment, upper lip has differential thread adjustment function to fine tune radial gap between upper lip and cylinder mold to ensure transverse grammage with ±1.2%

Pressure former is designed exclusively for this line to work under the machine speed of 160-200m/min, fiber strength ratio in machine and cross direction shall be less than 1.8:1 to increase paper cross direction ring crush index performance.
