Doctor blades is the main part of the paper machine scraper which used for cleaning the rolls’ surface.

Carbon fiber scraper is made of carbon fiber cloth or carbon fiber cloth plus glass fiber cloth or using carbon fiber cloth with glass fiber cloth plus silicon carbide layer fiber cloth or zirconium steel layer fiber cloth in the inner layer, and it is prepared by bonding with adhesive; Glass fiber cloth preg, cutting, spreading, heating and pressure curing to plate, and then slitting, cutting and grinding at the scraped end, the edge angle is 20-60 degrees; the scraped thickness is 1.5-10mm. The width is 76-270mm; the length can be customized as required.

The other end of the scraper is a connection end, which can be connected to the frame by U-shaped grooves or by copper rivets or by adding butterfly blades or by rivets or milling steps.
