Product description
There are 2 kinds of the SS tube & fin heat exchangers, which are SS tube & Al fin type and SS tube & SS fin full SS type.
The products are applied for commercial A/C, industrial refrigeration, Gas cooler, Energy Recovery system, pollution gas recovery system, industrial dryer, many other kinds of the refrigeration systems.
The hairpin tube can be “U” bended and straight, end to be connected by return bender.
The tube expanding and tube welding technology of SS heat exchanger are specialized, SS tube welding by orbital machinery. all the connect point welded smooth, full and nice appearance.
Applications
The cost of fin tube heat exchanger is generally higher than conventional heat exchangers due to a higher level of detail required during manufacture.
However, these costs can often be outweighed by the cost saving produced by the added heat transfer.
