1, Production description

Rollbond evaporator is made from 2 Aluminum plates, according to the technology, there’s 2 kinds of the

rollbond, one is channel double sides(DSC), another is one side flat (OSF) , we provide both types.

The evaporators are mostly applied for Refrigerator, freezer, show case, solo energy. And now they are being developed to be applied for water heater, communication equipment, and new energy.

3, Raw materials (Al plate)

• 1.Al plate: the thickness of finished product is 1.1-2.2mm
• 2.the thickness of raw Al plate:1.7-3mm

4, Key process

preparing materials – cleaning – printing – rolling – annealing - blowing up – punching –folding and sharpening –adding the capillary – assemble welding – leakage testing – cleaning and drying – coating - inspection – packing.

Max dimension: width 700mm, length 1800mm.
