Production Description

Copper aluminum bundy tube straightener and cutting machine is special designed for copper and aluminum tube process, which is mainly used for tube blanking before tube bending or welding process of condenser and evaporator.

Compare to normal design with two-half clamping die, we design the clamping die in three parts according to lathe chuck structure, which can minimize the tube distortion during cutting, and the clamping die changing / adjustment will be more easier.

1)Motor driving for loading material. Frequency speed control; rotary encoder measuring; Equipped with functions like output counting, tube winding, feeding slip protection.  
2)PLC control. Human-machine interface operation to set parameters. 
 
3)Use no scraps cutting method for cutting the tube coil. 
 
4)The fixture, straightening wheels, feeding wheels are made of Cr12 steel which passed heat treatment and fine polishing. 
 
5)Spare parts: cutters- 2sets;
