Product Application
The Condenser Bundy Tube Straightening and Cutting Machine can be used for copper tube, aluminum tube and steel tubes. With quick change molds, the adjustment work is easier than before. With three part mold design, the machine works with higher precision.
1) Motor driving for loading material. Frequency speed control; rotary encoder measuring; Equipped with functions like output counting, tube winding, feeding slip protection.
2) PLC control. Human-machine interface operation to set parameters.
3) Use no scraps cutting method for cutting the tube coil.
4) The fixture, straightening wheels, feeding wheels are made of Cr12 steel which passed heat treatment and fine polishing.
5) Spare parts: cutters- 2sets;
