Performance characteristics

DNM gantry welding machine uses electrodes to apply pressure to the welded parts and at the same time energize them, using the Joule heat generated by the contact resistance between the electrodes to melt the metal instantly and achieve the purpose of welding. No need to add any solder, high efficiency and low cost. It is easy to weld automatically.
Reinforced one-piece gantry structure, the upper electrode is pressed by multi-layer cylinders in a direct pressure mode, which ensures the quality of the welded products with higher pressure per unit area.
The cylinder spacing, the number of cylinder movements and the welding specification data are adjustable, so that products of different sizes and wire diameters can be welded on the same machine, which is universal and efficient.
The welding parameters of each group of welding heads are independently adjustable, which solves the problem of shunting in the welding process, resulting in beautiful and flat welded products with uniform and firm welding joints.
