Product introduction

A plate heat exchanger consists of a set of corrugated metal plates with four angular holes for the passage of two liquids for heat transfer. The metal plates are mounted in a frame with fixed plates and movable compression plates on the sides and clamped with clamping bolts. The plates are equipped with sealing gaskets to seal the fluid passages and guide the fluids to flow alternately into their respective passages to form heat exchange. The flow rate, physical properties, pressure drop and temperature difference of the fluid determine the number and size of the plates. The corrugation of the plates not only increases the turbulence and creates many support points, sufficient to withstand the pressure difference between the media, the metal plates and the movable pressure plates are suspended from the upper guide rod and positioned by the lower guide rod, while the rod ends are fixed to the support posts, but if one or both fluids pass through the heat exchanger more than once, the connections should be on the fixed plates and the movable pressure plates, in most cases a single pass is used, with all lines are connected to the fixed pressure plate, inspection and removal of shoes to open the heat exchanger, without having to remove the pipe.
