PVA Nasal Packing is a high tech plastic sponge that has many of the same properties and qualities ofa natural sea sponge. Static-free and lint-free, PVA Nasal Packing is hydrophilic with pore sizes from 55% to 95%. The surfaces of each sponge can be engineered for specific applications - - from very smooth pores to large open pores like sea sponges. All deliver an exceptionally high volume and speed of absorption,actually holding many times the volume of liquid compared to a natural seasponge or sheep-skin chamois. Elasticity and tensile strength properties helpprovide durability and allow the material to last much longer than other materials.

Nasal sponge dressing is made of soft, absorbent and highly retentive polyvinyl alcohol sponge.The sponge will expand quickly when the dressing contacts with blood or fluid. The expanded sponge provides quick and effective control of epistaxis.

Quality control:

We have established the Quality System and SOP according to ISO 13485 and Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC. The quality control points during in production process were established to ensure the non-confirming products not to enter into next process or out of factory. On the other hand, the internal audits are implemented and submit some deviation then correction and protection action.
