Our Rapid PVA Nasal Packing is used as a mechanical barrier, for compression & for absorption of exudates & blood in nasal cavity after rhinal operation.It’s a kind of iinvasive devices with respect to body orifices, e.g. nasal cavity, and intended for short term use. The device is not intended for connection to an active medical device.

Nasal sponge dressing is made of soft, absorbent and highly retentive polyvinyl alcohol sponge.The sponge will expand quickly when the dressing contacts with blood or fluid. The expanded sponge provides quick and effective control of epistaxis.

The applied sterile products are processed, assembled and primary packaged in 100,000 class clean room according to the requirements of ISO 14644-1, and routine monitored according to ISO 14698 and YY / T 0033.The Quality department monitors the temperature, pressure difference, humidity daily, and monitors airborne particles fourth per year following the requirements of internal environmental control S.O.P.

Raw materials incoming inspection, first piece inspection, process inspection and final product releasing inspection are performed following corresponding S.O.P, which are controlled by the ISO 13485 QMS.
