We usually quote within 24 our after got your inquiry. If you are urgent to get the prices, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will give priority to your inquiry .
 
3. How to request sample ?
After confirming your desired product, you can request samples. We invite you to check the quality.
If you want a standard (unlabeled, unmarked) sample, we will send at no cost to you, save for shipping. After confirming your order, the sample’s freight cost will be deducted from your total cost.
If you need to change product material,weight,size or any others specifications, email us details of those changes (preferably in pictures or samples ). We can renegotiate cost and rearrange samples.
 
4. Could you do the design for me ?
That is our goal! We would like to design or innovate according to your ideas and drawings. Small changes can be made for free. However, large design changes will incur an extra fee.
 
5. What is the usual shipping time ?
The shipping time is usually 3 to 5 working days by express or air, and 15 to 30 days by sea,it depends on your quantities or desire.
 
6. What are the payment terms ?
We accept T/T for regular orders, L/C at sight for huge orders.
 
7. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority.We send the pre-production samples to you and manufacture the mass productions after getting your confirming. If there are some mistakes,we will correct according to your requirements right away.
Finally we’ll also arrange QC inspection before delivery and keep the mass production samples. We’ll also email you pictures for checking if necessary .
