The tissue arangment,flip,counting line up,bag push,forward filling,bag filling,pulling,sending,opening.sealing,cutting and other actions implementing organization all use servo drive control,simple operation and easy maintenance.
Configure bag opening detection ptotection,waste bag automatic stop-out,air source management,self-diagnosis fault alarm display,servo overload protection and incoming automatic distribution function.
Single lane in a bag and double lanes in a bag interchangeability,simple specification oversion,easy operation and high efficiency.
Main features:
1. adopt PLC and servo motors to drive the products feeding, overturn, counting, bag feeding, bag opening, bagging, sealing automatically.
2. bagging and sealing: adopt the mound negative pressure type bagging and sealing to keep the products shape nicely.
3. Fault tracked and warmed: the fault will be showed on the touch screen and tracked the reason to make easy to solve the fault.
4. monitoring system: bags controlled, product checking to keep the machine won’t pack without products;and the checking system help to output the defective goods. In case that the bag can not open, machine will automatic stop. In case the bag is fault and cannot open, the bag will output automatically.
