Installation & Setup Guide
Initial Setup Procedure
- Keypad Control Configuration: Set motor parameters P11.02-P11.06 according to pump nameplate specifications
- Dry Run Protection Setup: If required, perform unload protection current self-learning following the specified procedure
- PMSM Pump Configuration: For Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor pumps, set P11.00=1 and configure P11.02-P11.06 parameters
- Solar Pump Optimization: Adjust specialized solar pump parameters for optimal performance
- System Verification: After trial run completion, verify water output when inverter operates above 40Hz
Note: If motor pump fails to output water when inverter runs above 40Hz, disconnect power and swap any two motor wiring phases
