The VEIKONG High Power Aluminum Braking Resistor features an alloy metal coil-type resistance element assembled into an aluminum enclosure. Following high-temperature anodization, the enclosure is filled with special non-flammable cement paste. After hardening, insulation is applied through a high-temperature process. This construction ensures the resistor is not affected by external mechanical force, dusty environments, or extreme duty conditions. The design provides excellent durability, vibration resistance, efficient heat dissipation, and low temperature coefficient with resistance varying in direct proportion.
