This acrylic impact modifier is manufactured through emulsion polymerization using butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate monomers. The unique "core-shell" structure features a cross-linked Poly-BA rubber core and grafted Poly-MMA plastic shell, creating optimal compatibility with PVC materials.
