This calcium-zinc stabilizer is manufactured using specialized compounding technology, primarily composed of calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant, and antioxidant components. It serves as an effective replacement for toxic stabilizers including lead, cadmium salts, and organotins while delivering superior thermal stability, light stability, and excellent transparency with strong tinting strength.
Extensive field testing confirms exceptional processing performance in PVC resin products, with heat stability comparable to lead salt stabilizers, making it an ideal non-toxic alternative.
