RY-530 is an advanced foaming regulator manufactured through emulsion polymerization of acrylate monomers. This specialized additive enhances foam uniformity, promotes fusion and melt properties, and significantly improves finished product surface quality.

This foaming regulator delivers superior melt strength, enhanced fusion capabilities, and improved fluidity while promoting PVC gelation. It facilitates rapid and complete dissolution of gas generated from decomposing blowing agents within the PVC melt body, creating strong molecular chain intertwinement that substantially increases melt strength and elasticity.

The result is uniform, compact bubble formation that produces homogeneous foaming structures with exceptional consistency. The product appears as white free-flowing powder, soluble in ketone and chloroform but insoluble in water and alcohol.

RY-530 serves as a low-temperature foaming agent suitable for rubber, PVC, and various polymer systems. The odorless formulation produces non-toxic, odor-free gas emissions, making it ideal for closed-cell foam plastic applications. Compatible with PVC and TSH systems for producing white foam products, with operational temperatures below 80°C. Note: Not recommended for use with other foaming agents or lead salt stabilizers.
