CPE 135A PVC Lubricant & Impact Modifier
White powdered chlorinated polyethylene with 35±1% chlorine content, designed to enhance plasticization and impact resistance in PVC and various plastic formulations.
Product Properties
Chlorinated polyethylene 135A is a white powder derived from high-density polyethylene through chlorination. This elastomer offers excellent resistance to oil, ozone, and fire, with good compatibility with PVC, various plastics, and rubber materials. It serves as a primary impact modifier for PVC and toughening agent for ABS, CPVC, PP, and PS plastics.
Applications & Uses
CPE is available in two series: thermoplastic resin and elastomer rubber.
Thermoplastic CPE Applications
- Standalone use for electric cables and waterproof rolls
- Impact modifier blended with PVC, PE, PP, PS, ABS, or PU
Elastomer CPE Applications
- Combines rubber elasticity with oil, chemical, heat, cold, and flame resistance
- Standalone use in rubber industry applications
- Modifier and solubilizer for EPDM, LIR, NBR, or CSM synthetic rubbers
- Production of flame-retarded wire and cable sheaths, conveyor belts, rubber tubes, waterproof rolls, and automotive seals
