CPE 135A is a high-performance chlorinated polyethylene impact modifier specifically formulated for PVC baseboard applications. This white powder chemical auxiliary agent enhances PVC processing while providing superior impact resistance and durability.

Manufactured from high-density polyethylene, CPE combines the dual performance characteristics of plastic and rubber. It significantly improves toughness, impact resistance, and anti-aging properties of rigid PVC products while increasing the PVC melting point for enhanced processing stability.
