CPE 135A is a high-quality chlorinated polyethylene chemical additive powder specifically formulated for PVC pipe manufacturing. This white or pale yellow powder offers exceptional flame resistance, chemical stability, and impact modification properties.
Key Properties
CPE 135A is odorless, nontoxic, and provides excellent resistance to weathering, ozone, chemicals, oil, and flame. This versatile material combines the properties of both plastics and rubber, offering excellent flexibility at -30°C and maintaining structural integrity with a decomposition temperature above 160°C.
Primary Applications
Designed for general purpose plastic impact modification, CPE 135A delivers superior impact strength, excellent low-temperature performance, and high filler acceptance. This grade is widely used in PVC door and window profiles, siding, sheet, fence, pipe, electrical conduit, and various construction applications.
