2. Confirmation. Offer original file of your logo, we can make draft for you;
3. Place an order. Place an order after payment is confirmed;
4. Production. Make a good model and start making after confirming with the customer;
5. Shipping. The production is completed, the package is shipped, and the transaction is completed.

1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs. But we accept lower quality for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many piece you need., we will calculate the cost correspondingly. Hoping you can place large orders after checking the quality and know our service.
2. Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide exiting samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge will be refundable when order is up to certain quantity. Sending samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your accountant. It just takes bout 2-4days to reach.
3. How long is sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-4days. 1-2pcs is free. If you want your own design, it takes 4-7days. subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen etc.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. We will make drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
