Applications & Usage Guidelines
Powder Coating
PE108 serves as an effective lubricant and hardening agent. Add 0.5%-3% during inner extrusion to achieve superior screw lubrication and surface hardening effects.
Printing Inks
Enhance abrasion and scratch resistance in solvent-based offset and gravure printing inks with 0.5%-2% addition.
Masterbatch Production
Provides excellent pigment dispersibility and color contrast properties at 3%-6% addition rate.
Hot Melt Applications
Suitable for hot melt adhesives and road marking paints at 5%-20% addition levels.
Physical Properties
White crystalline powder, inflammable with low toxicity. Slightly soluble in water, insoluble in benzene and toluene, soluble in methanol, ethanol, acetone and glacial acetic acid.
