Customized Tungsten Carbide Valve Seats Cemented Carbide Seats For Tungsten Carbide Balls
- The abrasive and corrosive media used to flush the fluid with high pressure during the drilling process place special requirements on the components of the pump that pumps this fluid. The main wear components of such pumps are the valve-ball and valve seat.
- Under such working conditions, the main material used to manufacture the valve pair is tungsten carbide-based carbide.
- The valve pair provided by "ZONCO" is the standard model of the cobalt bond, and the corrosion-resistant nickel bond or Stellite cobalt alloy model. The geometrical dimensions of the ball and valve seat fully comply with the 11AXAPI specification and the requirements of OST 26-16-06-86 and GOST R51896-2002. High-precision manufacturing and alloy strength can extend the service life.
