Stainless Steel 316L and Steel Framed Screen Shale Shaker

Shale shaker is the primary and most important device on the rig for removing drilled solids from the mud. AIPU shake is popularly used for various kinds of the drilling industry. This shaker is specially designed for one environmental company, it was used to separate particles around 2-3mm.

We designed steel framed screens panel to replace common composite frame which more suitable and long service life. the installation way is wedge block, fast change on shaker screen. shaker screen totally 4 pieces and screening area is about 2.73㎡.

For the shaker motors, we use the top brand Martin powerful vibration force. High quality motors will help much on stable performance and good result.

The deck angle is adjusted from -1° to +5°. This will force the operator to run the shaker deck not over +5°. And protect shaker screen from over high strength of fast mud flow.

Meanwhile, our painting is different from other suppliers. Heavy anticorrosive painting on shaker surface, 3 layer painting. Sand-blasting per SA2.5 prior to painting.
