How does it work?

The oily water is first discharged into a reception tank, containing fine screens to remove solids from the liquid. It is then pumped into the heated oil & waste separation system, where the liquid is heated with a 150kw two-stage burner to efficiently separate the oil and water. The waste waters are sent for conventional wastewater treatment and the oils are separated for recovery.

Our recovered oils are either used as a substitute for fossil fuels in the coprocessing of cement or re-refined to produce a secondary product depending on the chemical composition.
