Brand New Treating Capacity 528GPM Drilling Shale Shaker

One customer requested a shale shaker with a max treating 528GPM(120m³/h), and we proposed Model Hunter-MG3 for their application.

Shale Shaker is the first phase solids control equipment in the drilling fluids recycling system, which plays an important role in the waste drilling mud treatment. With a stable and durable drying shaker, it brings to the customer both economic and environmental benefits.

Besides solids control, the shale shaker can be used to process the oil sludge or waste management. The design on-screen or deck may vary, but the main structure will be the same. Some construction industry, such as HDD, piling, and tunneling will request shaker and other equipment to process fluids. AIPU shale shaker is easy to operate and maintain. The screen panels are convenient to install and replace. We just need to knock out the wedge block and pull the panels out of the deck, then put on the new panels to be used and put on the wedges there, knock them tight and ensure no loose. Thus screen will no move to deck or shaker basket user will get good performance.

For the shaker motors, we use famous brand Oli or Martin. Some clients request a higher configuration level. Then the motors will be Ital-Vibras imported from Italy. High-quality motors will help much on stable performance and good result.

The deck angle can be adjusted easily by just screw the nut on the jackscrew. And angle should be adjusted according to actual working conditions. For example, when we need a high flow rate we need to make a deck with a small minus angle or in parallel to the ground. If we need better filtration or more dry solids, please make a deck with an uphill angle. The rotation can be clockwise or anti-clockwise

Moreover, clients will use the AIPU Hunter-MGD shaker to process the slurry or some high water content mixture of sand and water, etc. The Hunter shaker will help much to save the economic benefits and the time benefits for clients.

Based on different requirements of the job site the drying shaker can be made as dual tandem and the triple tandem, too. The G force of the motor can be adjusted according to practical demand. It's easy to achieve. The higher vibration strength will lead to less flow rate but a better drying effect and better performance.
