2, Performance characteristics

2.1 the machine is suitable for negative pressure leakage detection and short circuit test of square aluminum shell lithium ion power battery.

2.2 working principle of leak detection: the sealed chamber is used for negative pressure test under the condition of pressure difference between inside and outside.If the aluminum shell has poor welding and slight leakage, the detection accuracy can reach 1Pa through the precision pressure sensor.

2.3 short circuit test: short circuit tester test voltage for DC200-600 - v, adjustable resistance for the 100-10 m Ω, and with a test after completion of discharge of anode and the shell is function.

2.4 locate and clamp 4 batteries at the same time, and conduct leakage detection and short-circuit test at the same time.

2.5 the manipulator will automatically remove unqualified test (including leakage detection and short-circuit test of unqualified single battery) into the waste box.
