Drying component: it consists of structural steel, structural steel plate, hard aluminum silicate fiber insulation material, heating pipe, infrared device, temperature controller and large wheel to form the sub-section of temperature control area. Each section is independently controlled to ensure quality.

3.7.1: adopt electric heating tube + infrared heating, hot air circulation, PID temperature control.Uniform heating, drying of the slurry on the substrate with heat return air system to improve the heating efficiency, each heating temperature zone, control parameters can be adjusted, temperature control precision ±3℃, the highest temperature of each heating temperature zone ≤180℃

3.7.2: the drying method is suitable for the moisture in the drying slurry, and the drying slurry has no cracks and other defects.After drying, the moisture content of pulping film material is less than 0.8%

3.7.3: the structure of the oven is all stainless steel, anti-rust insulation, temperature difference between the furnace wall and room temperature ≤20℃

3. After-sales service commitment
