3. Technical points of the design of the rewinding and unwinding machine:
3.1 The unwinding and unwinding machine adopts the cantilever support shaft for unwinding and unwinding, and drives the servo motor through the synchronous belt drive and the magnetic powder clutch tension control mechanism to avoid the fluctuation and unevenness of the unwinding and rewinding tension, ensure smooth operation, and can pass the touch screen according to different requirements. Arbitrarily set the rewinding and unwinding line speed, easy to operate;
3.2 The rewinding shaft is equipped with a linear moving rectification mechanism, and adopts servo motor and imported high-precision sensor to realize the tracking detection of the edge of the pole piece, which can reliably ensure the rectification accuracy; 3.3 The rewinding and unwinding adopts the structure of the inflatable shaft, which can facilitate the loading and unloading of the pole piece roll;
3.4 Driving device: the servo motor drives the driving roller with a diameter of 60 through the reducer to drive the pole piece forward, and the pressing cylinder presses the rubber-coated roller on the driving roller;
3.5 Touch screen operation panel: convenient control mode, intelligent fault self-diagnosis function; 3.6 Color: Color card: GSB05-1426-2001 (replacing GSB G51001-94), 61 R02 vermilion, requires mirror paint, smooth surface without spots, no bumps and pits. 3.7 Vacuuming mechanism: A powerful industrial vacuuming mechanism is used to vacuum the surface of the pole piece.
