When designing the airflow drying system, we fully consider various factors such as turbulence, cyclone separation and heat exchange, so that

each configuration and parameter has a clear theoretical basis, such as the configuration of heat exchange, the temperature control of inlet and

outlet air, Swirl tube diameter changes, etc. By measuring the moisture content of the feed or the temperature difference between the inlet and the

outlet, the feed volume and steam volume are automatically adjusted to make the product moisture content meet the process requirements.

Airflow dryer is not only suitable for drying all kinds of potato starch, but also for drying corn starch and wheat starch.

Main technical parameters

There are four steps to making starch

1. Cleaning: remove stone sand and raw materials.

2. Crushing: Destroying the fiber structure and freeing starch granules.

3. Separator: used for sand removal, desliming, degreasing, micro-slag separation, protein separation, washing and concentration of various

starch and modified starch emulsions in starch slurry.

4. Dry packing: dehydrate the wet starch, sieve and pack.
