The working principle of vacuum filter
Vacuum drum suction filter machine USES vacuum suction filter method to achieve the separation of solid particles and liquid. When working, the rotating drum is driven by a speed-regulating motor to rotate in the slurry tank. The vacuum pump creates a vacuum inside the rotating drum. Under the action of pressure difference, the suspended solution of the material forms a uniform coating on the surface of the rotating drum.When a certain thickness is reached, the starch is scraped off by pneumatic scraper,The filtrate enters the steam separator to separate starch, water and gas.
