The working principle of pressure arc sieve
Slurry from the nozzle to a certain speed (15 to 25 m/S) by the sieve surface tangent into the concave surface, the high feed speed make the material on the screen by centrifugal force, gravity and sieve effect on resistance of the material. The material flow to the other by a sieve is a sieve in the process of screening the sharp edge material cutting action, the starch in the material and a lot of water through a sieve seam become undersize, while fiber fine slag flowed from the sieve surface end and be on the screen content.
