Plug Assembly was used in Fluid End Assembly.The Plug Board Assembly for Drill Mud Pump is installed in the hydraulic cylinder, and is used to guidance and fix the valve guide lower. It consists of the flush board and copper block.

The copper block is made of tin bronze, and the flush board is made of 45 steel. It is the main part in the hydraulic end system of the F1300/1600 drilling pump, and its corresponding fixed card in the f500/800/1000 mud pump. Insert the flush board into the positioning groove of the valve guide during installation.

After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-25 days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4) How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5) How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
