Introduction

Gantry Platferrous metal, Q91 series square sheet shear machine is suitable for steel mills, metal recycling and processing industry and non-ferrous metal, ferrous smelting industry, etc.

Q91 series square sheet shear machine adopts hydraulic transmission, compared with the mechanical drive type shears, has small volume, light weight, small inertia, low noise, stable movement, convenient operation, flexible, large shear section, scissors, not soft not hard mouth, when shear is not short of blasting, long service life, no gap again thin all good shear, convenient adjustment and operation safety.

The steel sheet slitter is mainly applied to the cutting of metal plate materials such as steel plate, copper plate and nickel plate. The shear force ranges from 100 tons to 250 tons. The main size of cut material is (12~20mm)*250mm. the shearing times is 8~12 per minute. This series require the simple infrastructure construction.
