HDPE Tube Bundle Direct Bury 7-Way 14/10mm for Underground Cable Installation with -40°C to +70°C Operating Range

This HDPE tube bundle features a collection of 7 micro- or mini-tubes with strengthened walls, encased within a single thin HDPE outer sheath. The design enables installation within existing ducts or direct underground burial applications. The micro ducts are specifically engineered for optimal cable blowing performance with low-friction interior surfaces that facilitate smooth cable installation.

Manufactured from high-molecular HDPE with superior material properties:

• Melt flow index: 0.1-0.4 g/10 minutes (EN ISO 1133, 190°C, 2.16 KG)
• Density: Minimum 0.940 g/cm³ (ISO 1183)
• Tensile strength at yield: Minimum 20 MPa (ISO 527)
• Elongation at break: Minimum 350% (ISO 527)
• Environmental stress crack resistance (F50): Minimum 96 hours (ISO 4599)

The outer sheath is manufactured from colored, halogen-free HDPE. Standard color is orange, with custom colors available upon customer request.

Each micro duct is extruded from 100% virgin HDPE material. Color coding includes grey (central duct), red, green, blue, yellow, orange, brown, or customized colors as required.
