This HDPE tube bundle features a reinforced wall design with micro-ducts optimized for superior cable blowing performance. The direct bury construction makes it suitable for underground installation or placement within existing ducts.
Product Design & Construction
The bundle consists of multiple micro- or mini-tubes with strengthened walls, enclosed within a single thin HDPE outer sheath. This configuration ensures excellent cable installation performance with low-friction inner surfaces for easy fiber optic cable deployment.
Raw Material Specifications
Manufactured using high-molecular HDPE with exceptional performance characteristics:
- Melt flow index: 0.1-0.4 g/10 minutes (EN ISO 1133, 190°C, 2.16 KG)
- Density: Minimum 0.940 g/cm³ (ISO 1183)
- Tensile strength at yield: Minimum 20 MPa (ISO 527)
- Elongation at break: Minimum 350% (ISO 527)
- Environmental stress crack resistance (F50): Minimum 96 hours (ISO 4599)
Construction Details
PE Outer Sheath
Colored HDPE, halogen-free construction. Standard color is orange, with custom colors available upon request.
Micro Duct
Extruded from 100% virgin HDPE material. Standard color is green, with customization options available.
