Optical Fiber Construction
The optical fiber is manufactured using high-purity silica with germanium-doped silica core. UV-curable acrylate material is applied over the fiber cladding as the primary protective coating.

Packaging & Handling
Cables are packed in cartons and coiled on Bakelite & wooden drums. Proper handling tools must be used during transportation to prevent damage. Cables should be protected from moisture, high temperatures, fire, over-bending, crushing, and mechanical stress.
Cable Marking: White printing at 1-meter intervals on the outer sheath. Inner and outer ends are sealed with heat-shrinkable end caps to prevent water ingress. Custom marking legends available upon request.
