The production of bent stampings refers to the process of passing a metal plate through a pressure device and a special mold to transform the flat plate into a three-dimensional process called bending.
Due to the different material, thickness, length and width of the sheet, the tonnage and size of the bending machine are different because of the different shapes and angles of the bending stamping parts. The height, shape and V size of the upper and lower molds are also different. Special molds with special shapes, such as u bending sheet metal and z bending sheet metal. We have various types of bending machines. The production process of bent stamping parts is a cold working process. On the bending machine, under the pressure of the lower die, the metal plate first undergoes elastic deformation and then enters plastic deformation. When the plastic custom sheet metal bending starts, the sheet can be bent freely. The die or the lower die presses the sheet, the inner surface of the sheet and the V-shaped groove of the lower die are gradually closed, the radius of curvature and the bending arm are gradually reduced, and the pressing is continued until the end of the stroke, so the upper and lower molds and sheet metal parts are three. This point is close to full contact, and a V-shaped bend is completed at this time, usually called a bend. For sheets of ±0.1, our tolerance is less than 5.0; for sheets of ±0.3, our tolerance is greater than or equal to 5.0.
