Quality assurance

Our stamping parts are inspected from materials to finished products, and every step and process is controlled to ensure quality.
2. High precision stamping machine
We adopt the most advanced punching machine with digital control, the tolerance can be as high as 0.05 mm.
3. Accurate and various stamping deaths.
All of our stamping dies are internal, and these stamping dies are made of high tensile strength stamping die alloy steel, such as Cr12MoV, Cr12Mo1V1 (D2), SKD11 and W18Cr4V, etc.: Our stamping dies cover the blank of the full stamping process , Deep drawing, bending, edge curling, etc., the accuracy of the stamping die is ±1.5μm and the surface roughness Ra0.1~0.2μm.
4. Advanced design
We adopt the most advanced drawing system CAD, PROE, solid, etc. to design stamping parts, so that stamping parts are the best prototypes before mass production.
