1.Product introduction

Inclined jet turbine;A Turgo impulseturbine turbine.It is mainly composed of nozzle and wheel.The runner consists of an outer wheel ring, an inner wheel hub and a number of single bowl-shaped blades fixed by the wheel.The nozzle jet flows out from the back at an Angle of 22.5° after diagonally punching the blade on the front of the runner.Simple structure, low cost, but low efficiency.Only for small power stations.The applicable water head is 20~100 m.

2.Application Scope:

The main components of the oblique impact turbine are similar to the bucket type, there are also nozzles and working wheels with the bucket, the different places have the following points:

1. The placement position of the nozzle is not in the same plane as that of the working wheel, but is at an Angle with the plane. This Angle is called oblique Angle.

2. The water bucket is in the shape of a spoon. The jet enters from one side of the water bucket and flows out from the other side, with axial force.

3. The water hopper has an outer wheel ring, which increases the blade strength and reduces part of the wind resistance loss.

Oblique impact turbine has a unique application range, in the specific speed line n=30~70 range, the mixed-flow turbine is not applicable, the single nozzle bucket turbine can not reach the specific speed, and the double-click turbine efficiency is too low.
