Installation & Setup
Proper installation is essential for optimal performance. Surface plates must be installed and debugged before use. Position on a level, firm surface without vibration. Place pad iron first, then position the surface plate on top. Remove wooden case and protective oil coating. Use level measurement to ensure flatness and adjust pad iron as needed during the setup process.

- Utilize the entire plate surface evenly to prevent localized wear
- Maintain cleanliness and protect from iron scrap and sand particles
- Place workpieces gently to avoid surface impact damage
- Immediately repair any impact marks or convex areas
- Avoid hammering or percussive work on the surface
- Clean after each use; apply anti-rust oil for long-term storage
