Available in bridge drag chain (TL) and fully enclosed cable drag chain (TLG) configurations. Classified by pitch sizes: 45, 65, 75, 95, 100, 125, 180, and 250 types.
Support Plate Options
- Type I: Integral type construction
- Type II: Split type for easy disassembly and installation
- Type III: Frame type with optional nylon separators (available in white and black)
Material Composition
Support plates manufactured from aluminum alloy. Chain plates, axle pins, and joints constructed from galvanized steel with corrosion resistance suitable for general machinery and standard environments.
Performance Characteristics
Excellent wear resistance and structural stability with minimal deformation. Easy installation process with operational lifespan of up to 5 million reciprocating motions under normal usage conditions.
Drag Chain Selection Guidelines
Height Selection
Select drag chain height based on maximum height of built-in cables, tubing, and conduits, ensuring at least 10% remaining space.
Width Selection
Choose drag chain width according to sum of outer diameters of built-in components, maintaining minimum 10% clearance.
