The magnetic chip removal machine uses the magnetic force of the strong magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet material to adsorb the chips on the working magnetic plate of the chip removal machine, or to granulate, powder and ≤150 mm iron in oil or emulsion. The chips are separated by adsorption and transported to the designated chip removal site or chip container. It can handle powdery, granular and iron scraps and non-roll scraps less than 100 mm in length, or separate the debris in oil and emulsion and transfer it to the designated chip removal box.

Principle
